The roads to Codemotion

Getting to the Engineering Department of Roma Tre is easy both using public transports or going by car. A large parking lot is located near the building. Here are the directions, follow them and don’t get lost! :-)

The engineering school of Università Roma TRE is located in via della Vasca Navale, 79 - 00146, in the Marconi San Paolo neighborhood. It has an alternate entrance, for users of public transportation: Via Volterra 48.

Suggested Route: Metro + Short Walk

We suggested you take the metro and then a short walk (800 meters, 10 minutes),  Take the B line and get off at Basilica San Paolo.  Walk along Via Baldelli (keeping the Basilica on your right), until the intersection with Viale Marconi.  Turn left and the next stop light you come to is Via Volterra; take Via Volterra to number 48, walk down the steps and you will find the Engineering Department.

Take line B to Basilica di San Paolo station. Follow the directions in our suggested route.

The Engineering School is easily reached by car, with plenty of free parking nearby.

Train:

From Termini, Tiburtina or Ostiense train stations take the metro (Blue line) to Basilica di San Paolo station and follow the suggested route.
From Trastevere station take line bus 766 (MILLEVOI) for 6 stops. Get off at CALZECCHI .Walk  700 meters to via della Vasca Navale, 79 .

Plane:

From airport Leonardo da Vinci di Fiumicino a local train leaves every 15 minutes for Orte/Fara Sabina. Get off at Ostiense station,  take the Metro (Blue line) to Basilica di San Paolo and follow the suggested route. OR there is a direct train from the airport to Termini station. From there, take the Metro (Blue line), to Basilica di San Paolo station and follow the suggested route.
From Ciampino airport  there are a number of links to  Rome Termini station via shuttle or train.
